Analytical Technologies Service Offering
We recognise that for all instrument servicing, you require rapid response times and local, personalised service. For this reason, across Australasia, we have dedicated, regionally based service centres with factory trained service engineers. We aim to calibrate, install, maintain and repair customers instruments in the fastest possible time.
We operate a computerised service module that enables us to track and monitor the progress and status of service work and provide this information back to the customer and salespeople. This information is also available online via Biolab.Direct. Log in and click on the service jobs link.
